Fabricio Agosto Ramírez (born 31 December 1987 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Canary Islands), Fabricio or Fabri for short, is a Spanish footballer who plays for Real Betis as a goalkeeper.

Football career

After being bought at almost 18 from local side UD Vecindario, Fabri finished his football formation at Deportivo de La Coruña. After supensions to goalkeeping teammates Dudu Aouate and Gustavo Munúa, due to a post-training punching session,[1] he was made first-choice, and made his La Liga debut on 13 January 2008, in a 3–4 away loss against Villarreal CF.[2] In February, both offenders were reinstated in the first team, and Fabri returned to the B-squad.

In January 2008, Arsenal reportedly showed interest in signing Fabri, considered "one of Spain's brightest talents".[3][4]

During the 2008–09 campaign, Fabri was definitely promoted to backup duties, as Munúa and Aouate were both deemed surplus to requirements, and also played in the season's Spanish Cup. However, after the Israeli's move to RCD Mallorca, Munúa was again reinstated as second-choice, and Fabri returned to the reserves. On 13 July 2009, he was released by Depor, joining Real Valladolid on a 2+2 contract.[5]

On 22 August 2010, Fabri joined Recreativo de Huelva from division two, on a one-year loan deal.
